Why your prices are so attractive?

Our philosophy is to provide you our "watches without the luxury price". To make that come true, we don't spend a pile of money on advertising and have a sober packaging for our accessories. Also our margin is not as high as other sellers have. Our purpose is to give you good-quality watches at affordable prices.

 

Do you have any physical stores ?

Unfortunately, we do not have any physical stores yet. It is very easy and safe to order our products online though! Just let us know if you need any assistance by sending us an email at info@celtime.com or by using the contact form on the contact page.

 

I would like to know the status of my order.

To know the status of your order, please log in to your account on which is displayed a list of your passed orders. Should you have any doubts on the status of your order you can send us an email at info@celtime.com or by use the contact form on the contact page and we will assist you as best as possible.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 1-3 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take 12 - 20 business days for delivery in the United States, and 15-30 business days for international orders (depending on location).

 

How do I change or cancel my order?

In order to change or cancel your order, please send us an email at info@celtime.com or by using the contact form on the contact page.
Please let us know within 24 hours of a cancellation. If not, you will have to wait until your product arrives and then ship it back to us!

I didn't receive any email confirmation?

Please make sure the email is not in your junk folder and that you have waited at least 15-20 minutes. If you still haven't received the confirmation email, don't hesitate to send us an email at info@celtime.com or use the contact form on the contact page, and we'll get back to you shortly.

 

Do you deliver your watches worldwide ?

Yes, we do deliver our watches worldwide.

 

How long does the warranty on your watches last?

All of our watches have a 12 months warranty as from the time of delivery. The warranty does not cover the wrist-band of our watches. You will not receive a paper invoice in your package. To benefit of the warranty coverage you can use the electronic invoice that has been sent to you. If for any reasons you do not have this electronic invoice anymore we can find your invoice back based on the email address that was used at the time you purchased the product.

 

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and determined by your local customs office.

Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
